At his core, Yousaf is a technologist. His career began in technology consulting and that foundation has shaped everything that followed — from how he approaches client problems to how he builds and leads teams. Over 20+ years, that technology grounding has extended into broader advisory, financial services, and business transformation work across some of the world's largest professional services firms.

He joined Accenture as a Senior Consultant and spent 14 years progressing to Managing Director, holding senior account leadership roles across major global clients. At Deloitte, he joined as a Partner leading Financial Services for Enterprise Technology and Performance — a role that took him across both Australia and the Middle East — where he built the ServiceNow practice from near-zero into a highly successful business. He is now a Partner at KPMG Middle East, leading Financial Services Advisory.

Across all three firms, Yousaf has been a builder — of businesses, of teams, and of careers. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham and an MSc in Telecommunications Technology from Aston University. He now coaches ambitious professionals within consulting, advisory, risk, and related disciplines — at every stage of the career ladder, from Senior Consultant through to Partner.
